Port operator Luka Koper has reportedly received the green light for the execution of its biggest investment in a decade, the expansion of its container terminal, which Delo reported will be entrusted to a group of Slovenian builders led by Kolektor Koling for EUR 153 million excluding VAT, CE Report quotes STA.
