CC-DB Awaits Eurozone Date

The Continue the Change–Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) coalition will not support any no-confidence motions against the government until an official date for Bulgaria’s eurozone entry is announced, co-chair Kiril Petkov stated during a parliamentary debate on Wednesday. The current motion, submitted by the MECh party over corruption and supported by Vazrazhdane and Velichie, will not receive CC-DB’s backing. Petkov noted that once the eurozone date is confirmed, CC-DB plans to initiate its own no-confidence motion using similar arguments, CE Report quotes BTA
