GERB-UDF Leads in Latest Gallup Poll

A recent Gallup International poll reveals that if elections were held today, eight parties would enter the Bulgarian Parliament, with GERB-UDF emerging as the leading force. The poll, conducted between March 19-30, 2025, showed that GERB-UDF holds 26.5% of the vote, maintaining its position as the most popular political party, CE Report quotes BTA

The race for second place is tight, with the Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning at 14.9%, just ahead of Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria at 14.3%. Vazrazhdane has dropped to fourth with 11.4%.

Other notable results include a decline in support for BSP - United Left (6.1%), and lower numbers for Alliance for Rights and Freedoms (4.9%) and There Is Such a People (4.6%).

In terms of leadership, Boyko Borissov of GERB-UDF has the highest approval rating at 24.2%. President Rumen Radev’s approval has decreased slightly to 45.5%, while Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and National Assembly Chair Nataliya Kiselova see increased approval.
