
Victor Asenov Completes Everesting Challenge for Guide Dogs
Para athlete Victor Asenov has successfully completed his Everesting challenge by climbing Bulgaria's Vitosha Mountain 19 times in a row, reaching the peak of Cherni Vrah. Asenov, who is blind, undertook this feat to raise awareness and support for the Eyes on Four Paws Foundation, which trains guide dogs for people with visual impairments, CE Report quotes BTA
Over two days without sleep, Asenov climbed a total of 8,848 meters, matching the height of Mount Everest. The challenge was supported by the Bulgarian national football team and received widespread public attention.
