Political Tensions Rise Over Bulgaria’s 2025 Budget and Eurozone Accession
Bulgarian Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov must resist political pressure, prevent budget manipulation, and introduce a 2025 budget with a 3% deficit, according to Continue the Change Co-chair Kiril Petkov. The Finance Ministry has requested urgent budget data to finalize the 2025 State Budget Act and assess the 2024 deficit.
